Ilice Photonics offers services and solutions to companies based on photonic technologies focused on substantially improving their productivity through the automation of processes through artificial vision systems, hyper-spectral vision, spectral analysis, laser processing, etc. what allows to diminish costs associated to a lower time of production and manpower. These techniques allow to prevent system failures and the generation of defective products. We also propose improvements aimed at adding value to your products, creating hydrophobic or oleophobic, antibacterial, anti-slip and self-cleaning products, among other product improvements. Photonic technologies also guarantee more ecological and cleaner processes, since they are less polluting solutions than those based on chemical processes.

Services:

– Advice to companies to provide solutions to their production and product problems.

– Characterization and tests to confirm the suitability of the proposed solution:

1) Processing (cutting, marking, structuring) by laser

2) Polarimetry-Elipsometry

3) Spectroscopy

4) Colorimetry

– Development of a demand for photonic systems for installation in the production line.

1) Cutting, perforation and printing of materials with micro and nano-metric resolution.

2) Control systems based on LCD technology

3) Real-time control of product quality.

4) High resolution display systems.

5) Non-destructive and non-polluting analysis of products

6) Control of the light by means of optical modulators.

– Training of the personnel of the user company of these new systems.
