Increasing shelf-life of cereal products

FoodPackLab 2 gives you another opportunity to expand you business in India.

FoodPackLab 2 7th mission to India last month, as part of FoodPackLab2 programme allowed the team to meet with one of FoodPackLab 2’s strategic partners in this country, the Indian Institute for Millet Research (IIMR), one of the most important agricultural research institutions in the Indian subcontinent, which is looking for technological solutions to increase the shelf life of cereal products.

They are experts in millet and have done different research with this cereal without achieving better results. For this reason, they are now looking for collaborations with other entities that have found methods that work with other cereals to see if they can adapt them to millet flour. They are very determined to find the solution, as 2023 will be called the international year of millet and they want to use this as an opportunity to promote and export Indian millet products.

We encourage you to present your technological capabilities (3-4 slides) no later than Wednesday, July 20. It is a good opportunity to enter the Indian agricultural market, one of the most important in the world. If you are interested, please contact foodpacklab@outlook.com.
